You see or want the teas because someone else like it, said something interesting about them. Still you don't see the value of such tea but the price. Doubts and worries come. Simply let them go and buy cheaper teas.

teas come and go, our heart will tell us if we want to buy them, until you are not 100% sure then don't buy the tea. I see myself the development of my palate, the more tea you drink the more it will be refined. In case you have doubts, then you are not ready. You see or want the teas because someone else like it, said something interesting about them. Still you don't see the value of such tea but the price. Doubts and worries come. Simply let them go and buy cheaper teas. Train your taste buds and check how your body and heart feel.

I agree the price is very high and it is set due to a demand after such teas. Not western market demand but asian, mostly chinesse tea 'fans'. I will not make a narrative here about the composition of the price rather wanted to point one the right feeling.

Once the heart feels you want that tea then you will buy it. Either a cake or a few grams only. I have seen already such progress on some of my tea friends and also on myself.

Too much thinking will lead only for further search of who said and wrote what about such and such tea. I agree that to some degree it is nice to read about others tea experience and also useful but then stop thinking. Get the smallest sample you can afford and try it, drink it with empty mind.

You drink the tea and doubts come up, you go back to that and that reviews, look for that and that flavour, then you are still not ready for that tea or the tea is simply not good.

If the right tea is in your cup you don't have doubts. I usually say or rather feel it, "this is it". You will smile and relax. Your body is not stiff any more, your mind and heart is content. You forget about the world. There is only you and the tea.
