this tea I have fished out of one of my clay jars, it is one of the few xiaoshu ecological teas I made in the past, I thought to have a try as almost 11 years passed so far, I do not want to talk about much about its taste, only thing that it has transformed to a beautiful Yiwu tea, I thought to offer one cake for samples as there is a much talk about how to store teas, how to ‘humidate’ more its enviroment, this teas was most of its life in the same Mirka Randova woodfired clay jar and proves that even dry european storage can create amazing teas, retaing its aromas and taste, offering a fermented and aged great puerh, a natural storage of ecological teas will produce great teas, allow your teas natural air circulation, keep them away of preheated dry place rather finding a room where is rather cold than warm and dry
