These notes are taken on 5. March 2021. Nicely round, sweet and slightly mineral, nice hints of smoke, humid forest, with second brew its true, strong character, deeper thicker taste comes up, buttery notes with nutty tail, energy hits the head, tropical forest in the cup, tasty aftertaste, all clean elegant taste notes, very interesting sweet cake like notes come up and are realeased, overall genuine purity makes it a very good ecological tea
I have visited Huazhu in 2016 and left the village with a very good feeling of a ecological tea mountain. The people care for their tea trees. The tribe left their home about 300 years ago, they moved from one of 6 ancient tea mountains to find a new home. This was the time they established their oldest tea garden hidden in the forest. The tea trees are well set inside the forest growing in harmonious eco system, around 2200 metres above the sea level.

Divine! Find old teas like this in France isn't easy. We have tons of great teashops but old tea is one thing missing. The description doesn't lie. It is smooth, it has hot forest smell. It is simply heavenly.
