so sweet so good, the real of white tea is very different from sheng puerh, I never thought I would drink white tea until I first tasted gushu white in 2019 in one tea house in Yunnan, they made them into a big coins of 8 grams, they were already aged ones, Chinesse says white tea becomes medicine after 3 years, white tea is like an unproceesed tea, pick the leaves then leave them on the sun dry,

in this case they are pressed to save place and age them, the tea is so friendly that you can’t find any harsh notes, it is like a ripe fruit, even it has very distinctive aftertaste, a very easy drink to have, if you are relaxed and pay attention to your tongue you will feel slight tingling of Cha Qi, a veeery light electricity, so nice, a bit of nuts, a bit of acidity, a bit of true old tea tree bitterness, such a nice way to start a day, this tea is not just a white tea it is a White tea 🙂 brew it gently and you will enjoy it not only taste wise but also an energy wise

A tea that you may drink either gongfucha method or simply brew it in an IKEA glass cup. A very rewarding tea that can be brewed several times even with long several minutes brews. A high minerality, an aging sweetish taste, with a round and smooth feeling.

The type of leaves for this tea is picked only the top tipsy leave plus two following leaves so that the colourful cake shows many white hairy tipsy leaves. Their taste is rather sweet and mellow and with additional fermentation in the pressed bing the tea soup is very fancy and tasty.

This year Thai pu-erh teas wrappers are designed by Miloš Karásek, a Slovak artist and my tea friend. The theme is the line that has no beginning and no end. They are printed on a natural paper that is very nice but could be fragile too. So forgive me any small breakages of the wrapping paper that might appear. The whole graphics beauty can be seen once the wrapper is fully unfolded.
