a very nice gushu (old tea tree) feel, a rounded taste with a promising strong feel of the upcoming brews, the wet leaves scent proves a very good storage (stored by the Veian farmer), a healthy big unbroken tea leaves, a sweet note in the first stronger (second) brew, with a longer brew a very hard-core taste comes, those who like their tea strong but without off flavours and feels, a very nice nutty notes comes up in later steeps, a well aging gushu maocha
I thought to include the thai teas selection maochas from years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Some were pressed into cakes, like 2016 into Lao Cha cakes, 2017 into MANY FACES cakes and 2016 and 2019 are blended with mind/switich 2022 into Grand Reserva cake.
You may were well see the progress and variability of each season tasting them one by one. Also great to compare them to the fresh ones from 2022 and 2023.
