round, sweet, juicy, woody and earthy notes, exotic bitter fruits, gaining gradually by brews its strenght, fragrance of forest, seedy nutty bitter sweet aftertaste creating saliva and desire to drink a next cup, I would call this a refined bitterness that is pleasant to taste buds,

some minutes after drinking the tea this amazing set of flavours appears in the mouth, a perfect ‘collection’ of  a ‘gushu taste’

this tea should be ‘studied’ as it is not by the initial overhelming bitterness (if brewed stronger) but taking a sip and sat back and relax, flavours starts to  pop up like balloons in a birthday party

this tea comes from a well kept forest tea garden, many different trees and plants live ‘in a harmony’ with thick and old tea trees, the tea trees are not overpicked, only harvested in spring and autumn
