a good tea

I drink tea daily, I drink teas over and over but they are never the same. It happens that a certain tea is perfect not that other times is not good but like today I say I like it exactly this way.

Today with Big gree tea tree Yiwu 2011 I felt its taste like a memory from the past when a good black tea was sweetened by good honey. Exactly the association came to my mind.

Still as I wrote make this tea such great tea need a special occasion, technically speaking also good water and also teaware at the same also the right mind set.
