Overall feeling:
An excellently made 'bing cha' aging slowly in Jiangsu province. Very good with tetsubin heated water.

Recipe: Zhong Cha Gong Si (material comes from Nannuo and Bada mountains.)

Foot notes:
2009 was  a very good year, this cake is a blend of Nannuo and Bada mountains, both give this tea special characteristics.
